My name is Tamer Kelany, I was privileged to work for one of the most luxurious & world class leading Hotels in the heart of Cairo as a Concierge back in July 2008.
Ever since, my whole passion has been revolving only around this job as I felt that it has unleashed my limitless eagerness in achieving the impossible, everyday was a new day, a new kind of requests & off course new challenges appear, my ultimate joy was whenever I have managed to get one of those challenging requests done and then my rewarding moment was this happy eye look of a guest which silently & sometimes loudly said "You Are As Awesome As The Gini of Aladin", in the matter of fact I used to think I was Wizard.
After a very short period I have been able to excel in my job, building huge connections & getting the ability to just get things done either inside the city of Cairo or even outside, My passion in the field did not stop ther, in the matter of fact later after, I have been able to earn my Golden Keys as a member "Les Clefs d'Or", which is the most gracious rank Concierge Hotelier can ever get, it officially declares that you are a man in power of getting any door open no matter how hard it is by just having those shiny golden keys pins hanged on the lapels of your blazer.
That was all before I did seek development in my career towards Hotel management, but here's my little secret, I never had a moment of joy which beats those I used to have when I worked as a Concierge or in other words "When I was a Wizard".
